El is a qualified Youth Worker with 18+ years experience working with children, young people and adults at risk as both youth worker, teacher, and instructor. After graduating from Leeds Metropolitan University with a BA (Hons) in Education and Professional Development, El moved to Dorset working with an International Outdoor Education Company as an Activity Instructor and then Guest Care manager.
